Holy crap! That was awesome. Ok actually, I don’t really feel like talking about it all that much, but I totally called the Island anchor, Keemi obviously wasn’t dead because th boat would have gone up, and Jin went boom. Also, in the last scene, I first said that it was going to be Ben, and that ha might be all “hello Jack” (which he was incidentally), then I thought it might be empty, but then after what Ben says to Jack I realised that it was Lock. Harlan and I went over to Alex’s house to watch it, so we were discussing it the whole way through, bouncing ideas during the show is more fun than the next day at school.

Plus, I have no schoo, today because finals started and I have no finals 1st or 2nd period…SCEE-ORE!

To me, Facebook seems just as bad as Myspace, but slowly, all my friends have been sucked in by it. Today I found out that Souvey got a Facebook account. Well shit, it looks like I might have to break down and join the herd.

The new Indiana Jones with an unbelievabley long title came out today; I wore my hat and whip to celebrate. Lots of people were busy today (damn them and their schedules), but I got Alex and Harlan to go with me. Ignore all those bad reviews you’ve read. The new Indy movie is pretty kick-ass. I’d say the writing it better than that of the first 3 even though the plot is much, much stranger. Although, I’m ashamed to say, it did not kick as much ass as Iron Man.

You know what the advantage of going to a dance with a date is? You never find yourself alone on the edge of the larger mass of people…you find yourself with your date on the edge of the larger mass of people, which is perfectly fine. Ignoring the fact that Bailey drove herself and got hopelessly lost on the way, it ended up being really fun. Although, thinking aobut it makes me more sure that my life is in fact the Truman Show, standing alone waiting for my date just seems like such a cliche, but she didn’t stand me up so, not quite. I’m just paranoid that’s all.

I forgot to write about the fact that I saw Iron man. In short it was aweome. Slightly longer, it was awesomazing. I went with my friends Alex, Harlan, and Trung. Did I mention it was awesomazing? If you haven’t seen it you should.

So, apparently my poem “Exactly” was chosen to be in some high school poetry anthology. This came as a surprise to me, especially because I couldn’t remember what it was about. Turns out it’s this:

Too young.

Just

Too

Young.

Oh.

We keep walking.

My friend Aaron and I were supposed to be listening to conversations around school to find a good quote on which to base a poem. I guess we looked into a middle school classroom and that’s what Arron said, “too young.”

Souvey has a Flickr account, so I thought “why not.” It’ll likely get more views than this blog, which may move sometime soon, still not sure. Here are the photos I’ve uploaded.

I haven’t posted much lately. As I said, I’m lazy.

So, I’ve been listening to Daft Punk, mostly Discovery, since Friday. And they have yet to get old, I’ve listened to some other stuff so I don’t go into a coma, but I still love the music. Yesterday, Trung and I danced to it on the way to Ultimate with it blaring from the iShit (dance party to go) and on the way back Alex, Sierra (not so much),  and I danced to it, really, we were walking in tune to the music; it was epic. I need to make a Daft Funk playlist of my favorite songs, i.e. “One More Time,” “Aerodynamic,” “Digital Love,” “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger,” “Da Funk,” “Robot Rock,” and “Around the World.” I really love the synth solo in Aerodynamic, EPIC.
